Electrolyte level indicator Basic Blinky

Basic Blinky is the basic version of the sensor used to monitor the electrolyte level in the battery. The sensor is integrated in a housing equipped with an LED which glows steadily green when the electrolyte level is above the plates in the cells. When the electrolyte level is below the minimum level, the diode turns off, which means that the cells need to be refilled with water.

The use of the sensor helps to prevent damage of the cells that may occur as a result of using the battery with too low electrolyte level.
