Fluidization Technology

We have at our disposal a modern and unique fluidization technology. Our involvement in the service market for industrial anti-corrosion solutions has met with considerable success.
Thanks to our application of surface cleaning processes involving fluidization, we are able to create very favorable operating conditions, protecting covered surfaces from undesirable chemical reactions, and imparting them with high mechanical resistance and elasticity. Our treated surfaces are characterized above all by highly effective insulation against aggressive conditions, including acids and alkalis, and are fully guaranteed for many years.
Immersion method particles are in constant motion throughout the fluidal phase, and pass continually throughout the whole of the container and the submerged part, creating the impression that the layer is behaving like a boiling liquid.
The fluidization coating submersion method for the application of a protective layer made of artificial materials is used wherever there is contact with an aggressive environment.
The hardening of the polyethylene is an irreversible chemical reaction. During the hardening process, three-dimensional particles are created, which are extremely resistant to the effects of solvents, acids and alkalis.


In this process, we produce a homogeneous polymer layer with a thickness of 0.4 to 1.5 mm. For permanent connection of plastic and metal all the details before fluidization are subjected to shot blasting machine, rotary blast cleaning shot-blasting.
Maximum external dimensions of the coated 1400x1400x1400 mm. and in case of long narrow pieces max. length is 2400 mm. Unit maximum weight of coated parts is 350 kg.

Coating layer benefits
